We're post-seed with strong enterprise traction, scaling the GTM org to own the category, and hiring for the people who will define what this company becomes. This role gets in at the ground floor.

The Role

You will own enterprise deals end-to-end, from first-touch outbound through closed-won, across fintech, TradFi, and crypto-native buyers. Our ICP is security and engineering leadership across the buyer landscape, plus digital asset and tokenization leadership inside TradFi organizations: Heads of Security at L1s and L2s, CISOs and security engineering leads at digital asset platforms, engineering leaders at institutional custody, stablecoin, and payments infrastructure teams, and digital asset and tokenization executives at TradFi banks, asset managers, and market infrastructure firms.

Pipeline generation is a first-class part of this job. You will run outbound, convert our referral network of partners and customers, and show up in person at the conferences and dinners where these deals actually get built. You will also close, managing multi-stakeholder, technical, five- and six-figure deals with real sales cycles.

This is not a role for someone stepping into a preset playbook. We have the resources, including strong inbound signal, GTM engineering and automation, an AI-native tooling stack, and a founding team that will unblock you in real time, but the motion gets built alongside you.

What You'll Do

  • Run full-cycle sales: prospect, qualify, multithread, demo, negotiate, close.
  • Build and execute outbound against a named account list spanning fintech, TradFi, and crypto-native orgs.
  • Leverage our referral network to accelerate pipeline.
  • Represent Olympix at major security, fintech, and crypto conferences, plus NYC side events and private dinners where the real conversations happen.
  • Navigate technical conversations with security engineers and smart contract developers, and translate deterministic testing into business outcomes for economic buyers in the same meeting.
  • Use our GTM engineering stack, including AI tooling, enrichment, automation, and data sources, to work more accounts, more efficiently, with more precision than a traditional AE could alone.
  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene. Every deal has a logged next touchpoint. Time kills deals.
  • Feed product, marketing, and leadership with what you're hearing in the field.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience selling security, developer tools, or technical infrastructure software.
  • Currently in a relevant role selling to security, engineering, or digital asset leaders at fintech, TradFi, or crypto-native enterprises.
  • A real track record of prospecting AND closing five- and six-figure technical deals, not one or the other.
  • Demonstrated ability to run complex cycles with CISOs, Heads of Engineering, security architects, and technical champions simultaneously.
  • Scrappy, gritty, resourceful self-starter. You've thrived without a finished playbook. You build the motion as you sell it.
  • Balance of strategic and thoughtful, you think carefully about how to win an account, with the volume and urgency to actually get out there and do the work.
  • Genuinely fluent with AI tools. You use them to research accounts, draft outreach, prep for calls, summarize meetings, and stay organized. You see AI as leverage, not a threat.
  • Strong communicator who can hold their own with a smart contract engineer and a Chief Information Security Officer in the same room.
  • Comfortable with heavy travel, including major security, fintech, and crypto conferences throughout the year, plus consistent NYC in-person activity.
